Pastor Reaman Price, Jr.

Pastor Reaman Price Jr. is a native of Fulton County – Atlanta, Georgia and presently resides in Conyers with his wife Felisha and they have three sons; Timothy (Sylinda) Christopher (Cayla), Jordan and granddaughter’s Syriah and Zoe.

He grew up in Atlanta and graduated from Therrell High School in 1980. Upon completion of High School he furthered his education at Georgia State University and Atlanta Area Technical School. Pastor Price also attended Andrew Womack’sCharis Bible College in Norcross, GA.

Reaman Price was ordained into the ministry in 1982 through the ministry of Green Pastures Christian Ministries, Inc. under the leadership of Pastor Ronald E. Gunby. He served as a Youth Pastor in the Preparers Youth Ministry for a number of years and under the tutelage of Dr. Collette L. Gunby where he learned and advanced in ministry growth and development.

Pastor Reaman received a life changing word from God that he was designated or marked by name to Give thanks to the LORD for His Mercy endures forever based on 1 Chronicles 16:41 (KJV) And with them Heman and Jeduthun, and the rest that were chosen, who were expressed by name, to give thanks to the Lord, because his mercy endureth for ever;. The revelation received was that he too (Reaman), was designated to give thanks to the LORD as a worshipper.

At GPCM, Inc. Pastor Price was a loyal participant in the Ministry of Music and Arts for over 33 years in various areas; Praise Team, Worship Leader, Shepherd’s Flock, Men In Praise. Additionally, Pastor Price served as a Youth Pastor for 8 years, Sunday School Teacher, Nursing Home Ministry, Outreach Ministry, Jesus Miracle Land, My Cup Runneth Over, Athletic Ministry, Ordination Council, Presbytery Board, a part of the ministerial staff for a short season as an Associate Pastor and last but not least served in the Phenomenal Play “King Of Glory” for over 20 years, playing the role of Jesus for over fifteen years.

Some of his gifts and talents were not realized until he was given an opportunity to serve in the Music and Arts department. As a result of being in the department Pastor Price was able to pen and release his solo song “Celebrate” as part of an EP in September 2012.

On March 4, 2014 Pastor Reaman and Lady Felisha Price launched The Refreshing Place Ministries, Inc. with a Tuesday night Bible Study. On April 6, 2014 the Prices and a waiting congregation, celebrated the opening of the The Refreshing Place Ministries Church at the Flat Rock Community Church. In July 2016 TRPM moved into their own church building, The Refreshing Place Ministries, Inc. in Decatur, Georgia.

This move into Ministry opened many opportunities to minister to the community and those that need a Refreshing by the Leading of the Holy spirit…. By the Grace of God we celebrated 8 years of Ministry by in April 2022, and we look forward to all that God has for us in our future.
